Want to improve several health issues

I need to lose about 40 lbs which i have been unable to do. I have been in a water exercise class but had a fall 2 weeks ago and was bruised up pretty badly and haven't been able to go because I was too sore.

I started the water exercise in January and was beginning to feel more energetic, but then this happened.

I also have muscle problems and have pain frequently. In 1995 i had a slight stroke which made my right foot turn over (this happened during a carotid artery surgery).

I would like to get into better health generally I have several heath problems and would like to be as healthy as I can.

I commend you for your desire to improve your health! Taking the water exercise in January tells me that you're really willing to do something to improve your health.

The stress management has honestly been the thing that has made the most significant difference in improving my physical health. Then learning about nutrition and how the food we eat and the stuff we drink has a direct impact on our health and well-being.
