Use healthy ingredients for cooking from scratch, schedule downtime into my day.

I try to cook foods and not rely on store-bought quick meals as much as possible. I bake bread and snacks for my family from whole grains, cook with lots of veggies, and serve the children a variety of fruits.

We try to make time for ourselves, for spiritual uplifting through prayer and religious study, and down time for reading, hobbies, and fun activities too.

I can always do better, I need more rest, more exercise and even more family fun times. I'm still a work in progress.
