I like to think I am healthy, and for the most part I am, but I find that there are always ways I can improve and BB lays it out nice and clear in the article.

While I disagree with some of the points in the article, BB is spot on when saying a healthy lifestyle is not an all or nothing rigid set of rules, but a large range of good healthy habits people can choose to adapt to their needs and preferences.

Making healthier choices

Thank you for posting your thoughts and opinions Denise! It's cool that you point out that one can always improve, which I totally agree with.

I think when we are making healthier choices in our lives, we are certainly living a healthy lifestyle, and we can always get better from there.

And I'm glad you posted that you don't agree with everything in the article - I respect that!
