Increased Energy and Strength

I went though a health crisis a couple of years ago. I discovered the Weston A. Price Foundation and adopted a diet of real foods. As I started to see improvements, I took on other areas such as doing qi gong and yoga. I never would've even been able to imagine everything I do now with the food preparation and my new lifestyle, but it's become so automatic.

I believe changes have to start small and build over time. As long as you do at least one thing better each day, no matter how small, you keep the momentum going.

Things slowly get better and you can truly start believing that the result you want is possible!



Thank you for your contribution A.C. I've experienced the same thing too - taking small realistic steps is how I've gone from a "bed vegetable" to enjoying improved health and energy!

I discovered the Weston A. Price Foundation to be an excellent source of true, basic data about nutrition's role in health. It blasts away food myths, such as myths about fat consumption, as well as providing extremely useful nutritional help.

Improving my own food choices based on understanding the nutritional needs of the body has had a great, positive impact on my physical well-being.

The basic thing that I've learned about nutrition is the difference between healthy and unhealthy food choices.
