Getting rid of chemicals

My journey to a healthy lifestyle began over a year ago. I had to really look at why I was continually getting ill, from such things as gluten allergy, to a chemical allergy, that started after working in my home-based salon for almost twenty years.

The best way I can tell anyone about healthy living is to first start with "how we fuel our bodies." And I mean really look at everything we eat, every cleaner we inhale, even down to the moisturizers and toothpaste we choose each day.

It took my body a while to heal naturally, but with the help of a wonderful naturopathic doctor, and learning how to begin to live mindfully. Being aware of EVERYTHING!

I am happy to report with a healthy diet, and a few other changes I have overcome a tremendous amount of "bumps" in my life. I am now on the road to a very healthy lifestyle.
