Eating foods and using my body in ways that don't damage my health, but improve it.

This page is a fine addition to a website with a unique approach to how stuff happens and how to deal with things individually.
I think that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a personal process. There's a lot of information, standards (i.e. BMI) and regimens out there - probably, all of them work for someone, but likely none of them work for everyone.
Where one fits in socioeconomically, too, has a bearing on one's approach and opportunity to practice a healthy lifestyle.
At my age, I've acquired a ton of dos and don'ts about healthy living, and have tried/used many. Some have worked, some haven't. The main issue with me and a healthy lifestyle is will power. I have a little buzzer in my head that goes off when I'm doing/eating in an unhealthy way. I wish I would do something positive more often when it goes off!
