Drop the weight gained during a new relationship

Yep, I went and did it... became one of those new relationship weight gain people. If you knew me you would know how incredibly out of character that is for me.

I have been divorced for seven years. I have also been a perfect size six for more years than I can remember.

This past year, I met my future husband. We entered into a serious relationship, fell in love, got engaged and bought a house together all in less than a year.

All the while, we dated, we dined, we had fuzzy drinks with umbrellas on the beach and in the process of this high adventure romance... I GAINED 15 POUNDS!!

Yikes! Yuck!!

Which leads me to my health goals. We are moved into the new house, the holidays are over, no more excuses. Fifteen pounds... BE GONE!

After all, the new house came with a pool and I have a summer body I need to get ready before I frighten the neighbors. ;)
