All Natural Weight Loss
All natural weight loss is attainable
and achievable once you know how. But first you
have to know that one of the greatest challenges is actually
believing that you can do this without all those diet products
which seem to be frighteningly attractive. After all, don't
they offer us everything we could ever wish for?
Quick and easy AND effortless weight loss!
Who doesn't want that? Who doesn't want to feel as if those
pounds or kilos are just going to melt away without us really
having to do anything?
What we've forgotten is that we already
have all the tools for all natural weight loss. They are
tools we were born with, they're there waiting to be re-discovered
under the pile of BS that's been piled on top of them.
All Natural Weight Loss and Eating
Here's a clue... you can't over-feed a
breast fed baby! Know why? Because when we are born we inherently
know about portion control. We knew when we were hungry
and we knew when we'd had enough.
Sadly, that ability becomes eroded when
care-givers with the very best intentions employ all sorts
of methods (like coaxing, bribing, threatening, game-playing
and so on) to get us to eat when we've actually had enough.
One of the central tenants to all natural
weight loss is to stop eating when you've had enough! Problem
is - we've forgotten how to listen to, hear and respond
to this inbuilt message which is why we so often over-eat.
All Natural Weight Loss and Exercising
Guess what - when we were little we loved
to be active. Back then it wasn't a bore and a chore. Back
then, what we now think of as exercise was play and fun.
When we were born, we knew that being active was what our
bodies needed and so move we did.
Sadly, that became eroded though when
we watched important role models being less than active,
or when we got into trouble for running around games and
we got praise for games where we sat still and didn't make
any noise. We soon learned that being too active was 'bad'.
One of the most important parts of natural
weight loss is to live a joy-fully active life! to find
ways to make exercise fun!
All Natural Weight Loss and Passion
When we were little we were curious and
passionate about life. Until someone showed us, we didn't
comfort eat.
But slowly our lives got busier and busier,
and busy adults sometimes laughed at our passions so we
learned it wasn't always a good thing to be over-enthusiastic
about things. Slowly we learned that food wasn't just fuel
for our body, no it could soothe, make bad things feel better
and so on.
So now, as adults many of us live busy
lives, but 'busy' doesn't necessarily equate to passion.
Busy just means we're rushing from pillar to post chasing
our tails trying to fit living into our day. Then when we
feel empty of passion we so often try to fill that emptiness
with food.
The natural weight loss approach includes
having a life that is full of passion and purpose.
